FOUR ATHLETES WEAR YELLOW SHIRTS - FIGHT IS ON FOR 30 000 EUROS

Fight for the jackpot in Vattenfall Elite Games 2010 is tight and interesting after two legs of the series. Four athletes have scored 19 points and wear the leader's yellow shirt.



None of the 8 athletes that celeberated in the opening leg in Kuortane was able to repeat the success in the second leg in Espoo. In overall competition four athletes have placed 1st and 2nd in their events and gained 19 points  in two opening races. Finnish long jumper Tommi Evilä, pole vaulter Eemeli Salomäki and Russian middle distance runners Tatjana Gudkova and Valentin Smirnov are all tied in the lead.

There ar three more legs to go, and the leaders are chased by number of challengers. 11 best athletes are separated by marigin of only 3 points.
